On a very stormy night at Timmis Speedway, South Australian Brendan Quinn has taken out Round 2 of the Flocon Australian Sprintcar Allstars Series.

A couple of short rain delays held up the start of the feature race but the re-working of the track made for a very fast race.
Quinn would start out of P2 along side Chad Ely on the front row, followed by Keke Falland and Mark Caruso off row 2. He passed Ely for the lead early in the race, with Mark Caruso moving up to second and followed Quinn very closely through lapped traffic.
On lap 18 Caruso made contact with a lapped car causing him to flip onto his side and ended his race.
Chad Ely was now second on the restart and stuck by Quinn for the rest of the feature but was unable to make a move. Rusty Hickman had started 14th in the feature and had worked his way up to third.
